CWS Architects has implemented the design of numerous market rate and publicly funded senior communities that range from independent to assisted and skilled nursing care facilities.  These communities’ funding sources range from private capital to complex federal sources.  The following is a limited sample of current and completed projects.

  • 2017 St. Francis Apartments, Waterville, ME, Phase II, 18 unit LIHTC addition to existing 40 unit HUD 202
  • 2017 Riverview Terrace RAD Conversion, Westbrook, ME, conversion of existing two HUD Public Housing developments into LIHTC financed senior housing.
  • 2017 Northfield Green Senior Apartments, Portland, ME, refinanced upgrades to 201 unit senior apartments.
