CWS has maintained a long-standing and valued relationship with Bill Dodge Auto Sales, supporting a series of dealership projects across their portfolio. One of the most recent collaborations focused on the design of the BMW Showroom and Service Center in Westbrook.
This project required the integration of established Bill Dodge dealership operational layouts within a prototypical BMW design framework, aligning both interior and exterior elements with strict BMW brand standards. The design process involved careful coordination and multiple approval cycles to ensure compliance while adapting the facility to regional climate conditions, including a tighter building envelope and structural considerations for code-driven snow loads.
