A strategic adaptive reuse project that transforms an existing automotive facility into a modern Infiniti dealership and operations center through coordinated design and brand integration.
As part of an ongoing relationship with the Bill Dodge Auto Group, CWS was commissioned to transform a former used car sales facility into a new Infiniti dealership and support call center operations.
The project involved a comprehensive exterior renovation and interior reconfiguration to align the building with Infiniti’s evolving brand standards. Portions of the existing exterior wall assemblies were selectively removed to accommodate an expanded showroom footprint and introduce large curtain wall glazing systems, significantly enhancing visibility and natural light within the sales area.
Inside, the building was fully reprogrammed to support BDAG’s call center operations, creating a functional and efficient workspace alongside the dealership functions. The project required extensive coordination and iterative review with the owner and manufacturer, particularly as it was based on an Infiniti design guideline that was still in development at the time.
