CWS partnered with the Bill Dodge Auto Group to design a new Nissan showroom and service center, creating a modern facility that supports both customer experience and automotive service operations.
The project was developed within a strict set of Nissan design standards, requiring ongoing coordination with both Bill Dodge management and Nissan representatives throughout design development and construction. This collaborative process ensures that all aspects of the facility—from finishes to overall layout—aligned with brand requirements while meeting operational goals.
A strong emphasis was placed on the performance and efficiency of the building envelope and mechanical systems, with sustainability and energy efficiency guiding key design decisions.
