A highly coordinated workplace and laboratory relocation that enhances collaboration, flexibility, and technical performance for a growing global engineering team.
As part of an ongoing relationship with a global beverage corporation, CWS led the relocation and fit-out of a 54,000-square-foot tenant space designed to support one of the company’s growing program groups.
The project involved relocating 175 engineers, software developers, and administrative staff, along with the expansion and modernization of the department’s research, development, and testing laboratories. A primary goal of the design was to improve communication, accessibility, and collaboration across teams while creating a flexible environment capable of supporting future growth.
Significant attention was devoted to the planning and coordination of specialized lab spaces. Utility systems were carefully configured to meet the unique operational needs of each engineering team, while Unistrut support wall systems were incorporated to provide easy access, adaptability, and long-term flexibility for future modifications and expansion.
The office fit-out combines open office workstations with private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative meeting areas to support a range of working styles. Conference spaces were equipped for global presentation and communication capabilities, reinforcing connectivity across the corporation’s international operations. A dedicated product display and sales area was also integrated into the design, providing a showcase environment for future commercial and residential dispensing technologies.
