Located directly across from a large grocery store, the new construction development offers residents easy access to everyday amenities while supporting independent living. The building includes primarily one-bedroom apartments, along with five two-bedroom units and one efficiency unit to accommodate a variety of resident needs.
Shared spaces throughout the lower two floors encourage social connection, wellness, and daily support services. Amenities include a media room with a library and TV lounge, a health room for visiting nurse services, a café-style kitchen in the lobby, and a large dining room served by a full commercial kitchen that provides customized meal plans for residents.
