Looking back on our 30^th year in business, we are very proud of the overall growth we achieved as a firm. We are grateful to have such talented staff who remain dedicated to providing creative, thoughtful solutions to each project. It was wonderful to see that our staff were equally as dedicated to maintaining and strengthening our company culture. CWS leadership recognizes this as a core part of what defines us as a firm, and are committed to prioritizing being a place where our employees not only create outstanding projects but build lasting connections and find support for their personal and professional growth.

	ACHIEVED CERTIFICATIONS Two members of our Interiors team earned their Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator (COEE) certification One of our Architectural Designers earned their Construction Documentation Technologist (CDT) certification
	GROUP EDUCATION & TRAINING Held three workshops for our team covering various topics Sent two of our staff to an Emerging Leadership Summit
	INTERNSHIPS HOSTED We welcomed two high school interns! One focusing on Architecture, the other on Interior Design.

Awarded Top Three Best Places to Work in Maine 2023

On October 11 the 2023 Best Places to Work in Maine winners were celebrated at an awards event at the Augusta Civic Center. The night was full of positive energy with great support for each company recognized. CWS was thrilled and honored to have received third place in the Small Employer Category. This achievement serves as a true testament to our passionate employees and the wonderful culture they have created together for CWS.
