With 15 years of experience in commercial architecture, Audra brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to design, considering how spaces look, perform, feel, and serve the people who use them. Her diverse experience spans education, multifamily housing, municipal, retail, business, assembly, and government projects, along with building science, historic preservation, forensic investigation, and high-performance design.
Audra is particularly passionate about sustainable and resilient design, biophilic design, and neuroaesthetics—the ways our surroundings can influence how we feel, think, and connect. She believes the best design is rooted in its context, responsive to the people it serves, and mindful of its impact on future generations. Her interest towards a more circular economy extends beyond architecture into everyday life, from shopping locally to sourcing secondhand and finding new life for existing materials and objects.
A sixth-generation Mainer, Audra has deep roots in the communities and places that inspire her work. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Wentworth Institute of Technology and brings a collaborative spirit to every project, believing that the most meaningful work is often the work that strengthens communities and improves everyday life.
Audra lives in New Gloucester with her son, Calvin, their dog, Roxy, and cat, Dexter. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, exploring new places, and thrifting. At home, she puts her creative eye to work designing spaces with thoughtfully sourced vintage pieces and giving new life to vintage goods and fashion.
