George Lavigne, AIA
For more than two decades, George has helped shape award-winning residential communities through innovative design, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation.

He has extensive experience in all facets of residential-life design including senior and family apartments, group homes, and assisted living communities. In addition to ground-up new construction, George’s practice has substantially focused on adaptive re-use and historic preservation. To this end, George’s projects have been awarded numerous local, regional, and national housing industry and historic preservation awards.


George earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Montana State University College of Architecture. He is a Licensed Architect in Maine and New Hampshire; and a certificate holder of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
