Keegan brings over a decade of experience across multi-family housing, education, commercial, healthcare, civic, and residential projects. His work is driven by a passion for creating high-performance, healthy buildings that enhance quality of life and strengthen communities. With a particular focus on housing and educational environments throughout New England, he believes thoughtful design should be accessible and beneficial to people of all backgrounds and economic circumstances.
As a Project Manager at CWS, Keegan provides project design oversight, manages team staffing and workload forecasting, and guides projects from concept through construction. He values collaboration with clients and end users, incorporating their feedback throughout the design process to create cohesive, responsive, and well-performing spaces.
Keegan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and began his career in Boston, where he gained experience on a wide range of higher education, civic, healthcare, and senior living projects. He is a Maine licensed architect, NCARB certified, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
Outside of work, Keegan enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, and renovating houses.
